Baby Aubergine-s in an yogurt sauce: my style!
It was ultra easy! I just fried the eggplants in mustard oil. Then in a diff pan, fried some chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and put in around a bowl of yogurt wherein was mixed all the normal spices like cumin, coriander, haldi, salt and sugar. Give it a boil…then add the eggplants! Very very simple..but quite yummmy! No need to add onions, etc!
