Lol I forgot how I made this.
But i know it was very easy! ‘Coz i had a crustless quiche phase going on back then ..as far as I remember i had tossed in whatever was around in the kitchen in a skillet (even leftover food from the night b4-which were cooked without the normal ‘indian’ spices- like ham, mushrooms, spinach, even boiled potatoes, sweet corn ..,etc) with some olive oil and salt pepper. Then whisk, in a large deep bottomed glass bowl, around 4 whole eggs, milk, cheeeeese, some butter or olive oil, seasoning (can put in some Italian herbs as well — can also use the left over oregano n paprika sachets from dominoes if ur a pizza lover like me) and the cooked vegetables n baking powder. Then in a preheated oven, bake this for around 45 mins at 180 to 200 degrees celcius (200 degrees slightly burns the top of the quiche- my husband likes that taste- a lot of ppl don’t!)…and viola, the crust less quiche is ready! (Do not forget to let it rest for some time 4 the residual heat to cook the inside of the quiche ..also do not forget to grease the pan with butter)
It really is one easy peasy dish to make.
P.S. Can also use Muffin sheets to make tiny lil ones for kids or adults alike.
