Ppl always tell me that i tend to make food with very less oil and if possible no oil- and that not everybody enjoys I am sure but its healthy! Not that i do not eat oily food – I very well do but those are normally cooked by others – I somehow feel less guilty then. But once in a while I give in especially when I have to make a real quick curry which also tastes nice! Oil or ghee makes this journey so much easier! But hey to my support – I did not really fry the eggs much!
